I am a native of County Kilkenny, graduate of Maynooth University in History and Folklore and have been involved in music and folklore for most of my life. I have toured extensively, performing shows on my own and with others in  Ireland, the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, Australia and the USA.

 

I am a registered Irish National Tour Guide and have been working in tourism and heritage for over twenty years. I have been presenting a similar show to The Hidden Folklore of Ireland in the Brazen Head Pub in Dublin City from 2006 to date with other presenters. This show has been consistently rated on the Trip Advisor website as one of the top evening entertainments in Dublin.
